So often our girls are bombarded with messages that they are not good enough, not smart enough, not pretty enough, or thin enough. It's difficult for girls at this impressionable age & current time to decipher what is a healthy message vs. what is marketing. Through our dynamic & girl centric programming, we know girls are ENOUGH & POWERFUL!
Here are a few activities your Powerful girls will engage in: *Mindfulness Sessions *Zumba, Bollywood & more *Empowerment workshops that are age appropriate *Image & fashion workshops (age appropriate) *Global Penpal program * Team Building activities, Influential ladies lunch
Girls become confident and authentic by cultivating self-awareness, stepping outside their comfort zones, and surrounding themselves with positive influences. We’ve created space for this to occur. We know girls are POWERFUL!
